Easy Spanish Marinade (for Chicken or Pork)
3 Tbs olive oil,
3 Tbs lemon juice,
1 clove garlic (minced),
2 tsp dried thyme,
1tsp salt,
1 tsp black pepper,
3 Tbs  Spanish smoked paprika.
Combine all ingredients and force marinade the pork chops/chicken in the marinade in a zip top style bag by removing all the air. Let set in the fridge for 2 hours and then grill.
